We advise and answer all your questions about the device, but also about the smoking process and smokehouse trivia before and after the purchase.

Warranty

We are aware that besides comfort of use, reliability and appearance, the most important thing in electrotechnical equipment is safety and reliability . That is why every FRANCO™ is CE marked. Smokehouses go through a series of safety tests after they leave the production line. These tests are performed with dedicated equipment. You are guaranteed to receive a proven and fully safe product , tested in accordance with LVD standards and directives.

The CE mark, or Conformité Européenne, indicates that a product has been manufactured
according to European standards
standards, is safe and can be used in our country. Placed on products, it is a manufacturer’s declaration that the product placed on the market complies with all standards and requirements, e.g. concerning noise emission, energy consumption or electromagnetic interference, set out in the so-called “European Standard”. New Approach Directives. This is a series of strict regulations that a business must meet to be able to use the CE mark.
