In FRANCO™ smokehouses, the process of slow-burning the wood takes place in the combustion chamber, next to the smoking chamber, while the only thing fed into the latter during the process is heated smoke. This solution significantly limits the amount of potentially harmful substances penetrating the food compared with other solutions available on the market, in which the distance between the source of smoke and the products is shorter. The further away the products are from the smoke, the smaller the amount of PAHs, without detriment to the quality of smoked products.*

In FRANCO™ smokehouses, you are free to use your own woodchips, or any woodchips purchased from your supplier. Thanks to this, you save on the purchase of expensive woodchips dedicated to particular devices. Any chips, including handmade ones, are suitable for the FRANCO™ smokehouse.

Thanks to the innovative design, you do not have to use additional elements, such as a bowl of water, which require cleaning after each use. In our smokehouses, the firebox may be easily detached from the main body as it requires regular maintenance. In addition, thanks to the use of high-grade stainless steel components, it takes little work to remove dirt from inside the unit. Thanks to all these solutions, taking care of your smokehouse will never be a nuisance.
Designed for convenience
FRANCO™ smokehouses have been designed for all food smoking enthusiasts; both advanced ones and those who are taking the first steps on their journey with smoking. The solutions have been designed to make it as easy as possible to operate the smokehouse, turning it into an intuitive and simple process. The user manual included with your device is an easy pictorial guide that will show you how to use the device. To put it simply: once the firebox is ready and the right temperature has been set, your only job will be to control the process and, possibly, add woodchips.
